We have entered that tragic time of year (at least for me), when you ask yourself, "Now what"? The hustle and bustle of the holiday season is over. Family has come and gone. And, here in MN, the weather is too fickle to really get excited for spring. Also, let's not forget that it gets dark early ...

This year I decided that I would make the most of the late winter/pre-spring season. Check out my list below.

NEW YORK!

In just a couple of weeks my sister-in-law and I are headed to NYC for what I like to call the 3 F's: Fun, food, and FASHION. No retailer will be safe. I plan on doing some scouting for new vendors and getting inspiration for spring fashion. Plus, if all goes to plan, we will be doing some vintage shopping as well. Happy Galentine's Day!

Anyone who has spent at least 10 minutes with me has probably figured out that I am a huge Parks and Rec fan. If you haven't seen that show, what are you doing with your life? Lesley (Amy Pohler) insists that one of the best days of the year is February 13th, "Galentine's Day". It's a day to celebrate your girlfriends. So, this year Vivian Rose Boutique will be hosting an event for all of you! (Tuesday, February 13th from 5-8)

Desserts. Champagne. New arrivals. Sales. Friends. What could be better? Oh wait, we are also hosting a trunk show, and we will have a Rodan and Fields consultant on hand with samples and info about skin care!
