Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes!

There is something about the on-set of fall and a new school year. Change and transformation are in the air. The same is true for Vivian Rose (and myself).

I often get asked why the store is not open during the week. Why only operate on Friday-Sunday? The truth of it is, I have another job that I love. Well, I had another job that I loved. Let's make this easier - my last day of my current weekday career is next week. Changes are coming!

It's been a bittersweet journey. On one hand, I am leaving a place that I have worked for 12+ years. I have developed life-long friendships, shared heartaches, and joys with amazing people. Plus, I get to travel and have awesome experiences. But, having my own store is my dream. I have to be open more to get better, serve more customers, and grow!

So, I am taking the plunge and leaving my safe world. Starting on Tuesday, September 12th our new store hours will be Tuesday-Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. We will be closed Sundays and Mondays. I think these new hours will allow me to source even more amazing items, collaborate with other businesses, and give back to the community.

P.S. I hope that you all find the courage to live your dreams too. It's terrifying, but so, so, exhilirating. :)
